BBSS NPCC Unit Profile
The Bukit Batok Secondary School National Police Cadet Corps unit was founded in 1986. In 2011, it welcomes its 25th batch of cadets. Throughout the years, hundreds of cadets have walked through the doors of the unit and developed into well-rounded individuals during their 4 to 5 years in BBSS NPCC. The unit seeks to provide a holistic training environment for all cadets with an emphasis in character building and leadership development.
The unit has been awarded Silver for the annual Unit Overall Proficiency Award since 2000. Nevertheless, we believe strongly that the values taught and learnt by the cadets is far more important than any attainment that can be given.
BBSS NPCC is among the 8 schools making up Area 18, which is headed by Assistant Commandant A/DSP Lam Seng Tat. The schools comprise of:

The unit is headed by an Officer Commanding, assisted by a Unit Deputy OC and supported by 2 Teacher Officers, 2 Honorary Officers and 4 Cadet Inspectors.
